Today's youth are called to be leaders in the present as well as leaders for tomorrow, and their minds and character must by shaped by the principles of the Kingdom of God
God needs His people in high places; He not only needs preachers and teachers, but also doctors, lawyers, judges and politicians. The principles of the Kingdom must be known in the highest levels of our society so that righteousness can prevail in our country.
The Bible says in Proverbs 29:2 "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." God wants to take this country to an era of rejoicing and gladness, a time when He is once again the Love and Ruler of this nation's heart.
This starts in the hearts and minds of the young; beginning in the crib we must shape young minds with God's word. We are commanded in Ecclesiastes 12:1 to "Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;"
I encourage our youth leaders to teach with a life of Holiness, be what you expect them to be. Love, respect, encourage and guide our youth to achieve greatness, continue to instil in them that a life of prayer and holiness is the path to greatness, and that whatever they desire, if they put God first it is His good will to grant it to them.
I encourage the young to seek God and the baptism of the Holy Ghost that you might be empowered to wage war for their souls and destiny. God has a treasure invested in your earthen vessel and he desires that you prosper as your soul prospers. Honor your parents, love your brothers and sisters in the Lord, keep yourself pure and develop a life of praise and worship. God is on your side, you cannot lose.
